students of various ages and abilities.

Horses build self esteem, coordination and confidence in children. 

Summer Camp 2008

Twisted Tree Farm, Inc. in Scottsdale AZ

Please call for 2008 Summer Camp dates and times.

Each session is $250 (plus a non-refundable $35 deposit)).  If you sign up for more than one session, receive $25 off the second week.  Refer a friend who also signs up (siblings included) and receive $25 off.   

Horses build confidence and self esteem in children.

*Introduce your child to the world of equestrian sports and meet new friends.           

*Riding develops coordination, balance and strength.  It's great physical and mental exercise!

*Learn riding skills and all aspects of horse care, health and management.

*Daily activities include riding lessons, art/craft project, barn activities, and special guests.

 $35 deposit due immediately to hold your child’s spot.  $250 due at the start of camp by cash or check.

A great learning experience for children ages 8+!

Twisted Tree Farm trainer, Alicia McNeil is conducting both camps for students age 8+.  Students do not need prior riding experience to attend either of these camps.  Camp allows students to gain confidence in their abilities to handle and ride their camp horse, even if they have no prior experience.  Emphasis is on horsemanship, health, basic riding skills in English, (advanced if appropriate), gymnastic exercises, arts and crafts.  Lessons may be scheduled in the weeks prior to the start of camp to acclimate your child to the program if you wish.  Proper riding attire is required (paddock boots or cowboy boots, no bicycle helmets - only ASTM approved riding helmets, jeans or riding pants, tucked in shirts.  Girls should tie their hair back in a low pony tail.  Helmets may be borrowed from TTF, however we strongly recommend purchasing your own..  Only 7 students will be accepted per session, so call to reserve your space TODAY!!!
