Horses will be shown and trained by Janet Hischer, Arizona’s only
International Grand Prix Rider with proven results.

Monthly Services and Rates
Board:
Includes:

Stall cleaning 7 days per week
·
Turnout
or Euro-Exerciser 6 days per week
·
Chaffhaye fed in the mornings. Grass hay
and chaffhaye fed at night.
·
Administering
supplements provided by client
·
Timothy
Hay fed in addition to chaffhaye for an additional $75.00 per month.
Cost:
$685.00 per month.

Includes:

Lessons
for one rider (Unlimited number per month schedule permitting).

Professional
Training Rides, Health, Fitness and overall Horse Management
·
Holding
horses for vet and farrier, if needed and
Blanketing.
Cost:
$495.00 per month.

Groom
Service:
Includes:
·
Horse
is prepared by grooms for lessons and daily rides.
·
Horse
is put on the Euro-Exerciser after each lesson or daily ride.
·
Horse
is taken off the Euro-Exerciser when cooled down.
Clients with a busy life are able to depart training facility confident
that proper care is taken of their equine partner.
·
After
each session on the Euro-Exerciser horses are groomed before put in their stall.
·
Grooming
supplies provided.
Cost: $100.00 per
month.
Clients not paying for
groom service must perform these duties and purchase your own grooming supplies.
Grooms do not groom after 5:00 pm.
Limited Groom service provided on Sundays.

Feed $40 per month: Given twice
daily. Mixture of equine senior and
owner supplied supplements. Oats are
fed for the competitive show jumper, if necessary.

for horses not in training is $50 /month or $5 /day.
Single training ride $50.00 per
ride.

Lessons:
Twisted
Tree Farm Inc. offers year-round lessons for all ranges of skill, beginning
through advanced. Lessons are
offered Tuesday through Sunday; the barn is closed on Mondays.

Individual
Group Lessons $60 each with School horse, $50 each with your horse.
·
Individual
Private Lessons $70 each with School horse, $60 with your horse.
Purchase
a lesson of package of 10 and receive a 10 % discount.

Commissions
and Consulting Fees:
Arizona
state law entitles horse trainers to charge commissions on horse sales.
Twisted Tree charges 10 to 15% commissions on all sales.
A fee may be charged on telephone consultations and prospective horse
sales as well as purchase consultations. Consultation
fee is $ 55 per hour or $ 150 per day.

fees must be pre-paid.
Twisted
Tree Farm accepts major credit cards.
Clients with an outstanding balance due past the 10th of the month
will incur a $ 25 late fee.
